The power of intention

Image
Every morning awakening is a new chapter in our lives, purposely coming full of intentions. Life is an intention within itself. The musts ,  have tos  and shoulds we daily face in our professional and personal scenarios deal with that need we all have of systematically knowing what's coming next. Sometimes we get a very clear vision of that projection we hold in our minds and fulfill a series of actions that potencially increase our positive feelings (social recognition, economical status, self-confidence, conviction towards the future...), but some other times we just fall lost in the way with some other sort of questions we build up in order to keep searching the unpredictable. Is that power of intention ruling our lives? I think it is, but once we get to know this, once stuck at this point, no matter what we do or intend, whatever happens in our world will be certainly led by something right above that visionary skyline that our intentions cannot control: The power of Natu...

Out of the game

Image
Rooms by the Sea , Edward Hopper (1951) We are all made of past, living a present towards a future that does not exist. But what about the moment, that every immediate breeze of air we take and leave behind... What's left behind, that's life, like the trace of a ship going nowhere, sometimes that's what we are, sailors in an ocean full of questions. What does make us choose some of our options? Do we sail the right or the wrong way? What really motivates our deepest feelings and why do we never, in so many cases, leave them go free... Sometimes we sail quite far from nature, but every time that nature comes closer, I see that trace more clear and most of my questions disappear. The need of nature in our lives is just a matter of the essence we are, a fact that's being supplied by our increasing condition of unconscious alienated piece lost from the chain, running fast and far, out of the game.

Morning train

Here I go once again, waiting for that train to come while the sun is raising, giving birth to a new day full of promises... Everyday is a uncertain and misterious gift and we should avoid controlling this fact cause Nature will never tell us its secrets and the light to follow remains deep inside ourselves... Let's look for that light inside like we look for the sun of August, and maybe then, we will get to know a bit about Nature and its parallelism with life.
